We are Martina & Dominik and we absolutely love american food. We both worked in gastronomy for over a decade until we decided to bring authentic southern kitchen to munich. We never went through traditional cooking training, we just love what we do and learn along the journey!
We’ve visited many cities and states in the US, including food Hotspots like Nashville and Los Angeles, where we got the inspiration for our business. What started as a food truck turned into something bigger – the best is yet to come!
